1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PalsPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using PalsPlan on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

PalsPlan is a digital platform for school club management and community building. The platform provides tools for club creation, membership management, event scheduling, announcements, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be affiliated with a participating school to use the platform. Users under 13 must have parental or school consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Share inappropriate or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
  • Misrepresent your identity or school affiliation

5. Roles & Responsibilities

Advisors are responsible for overseeing clubs and ensuring compliance with school policies. Presidents manage day-to-day club operations under advisor supervision. Students must follow club rules and community guidelines.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create on PalsPlan. By posting content, you grant PalsPlan a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform. PalsPlan's branding, design, and code are our intellectual property.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Schools may request removal of their data at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

PalsPlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.
